- Once your return is approved, securely package the item with the original packaging and include the RA number.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow [7] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
